Further to securing an EHCP, we are seeking a suitable, warm, caring individual to share the role of supporting a child who has a range of specific needs including communication, interaction and sensory needs. The appointed individual will be supporting the learning and pastoral needs of the pupil/small group of pupils, and will work closely with both school staff and parents. The successful candidate will have relevant experience of working in similar settings, supporting primary aged pupils and may have had relevant experience with such needs. Able to demonstrate commitment to raising standards of teaching, learning and achievement. Friendly, approachable and flexible. Organised and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
