Our modern hotel features 116 stylish rooms, a fully equipped gym, and a relaxing leisure and spa area, complete with a heated indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. Conveniently located on the edge of East Grinstead along the A22, were easily accessible from the M23 and M25 motorways, making us commutable from nearby towns such as Royal Tunbridge Wells, Crawley, and Horley.

Your duties will include:
Checking guests in and out
Training and supervising the team
Maximising revenue and minimising loss within the Department.
Promoting food and beverage facilities.
Providing information to guests on all hotel products and services.
Be involved with taking payments, cash handling & balancing floats.
Answering telephones and handling guests' and visitors' queries
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
