Duties
* Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
* Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards.
* Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high levels of service throughout the dining experience.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and communication.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
* Handle catering orders and assist with event setups as required.
* Provide support as a barista, preparing coffee and other beverages to customer specifications.
* Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications
* Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a front of house role.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
* Experience in waiter service is necessary.

* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting, yet can also work independently when needed.
