Maintain Precision Records: Be responsible for maintaining precise digital records of all incoming items and investigations. Collaborate Globally: Work closely with our wider team to ensure seamless, efficient operations. Flag and Improve: Identify and flag any trends or issues with returned products to management, and actively contribute to improving our departmental processes. About You: What You'll Bring IT Confidence: Solid basic IT skills and confidence in using computer systems.
