Gallagher is looking to expand its Marketing and Communications function. The role of Marketing Manager - Partnerships, will play an integral role in delivering the profit and growth aspirations of Gallagher by leading, shaping and delivering positive rugby brand experiences that drive engagement and consideration amongst prospects and customers. You will work with the wider partnerships team to deliver the activation calendar including both internal and external audiences. We are Seeking a highly competent, high performing, experienced individual that fully contributes to the team & delivers excellent results. Our ideal candidate will have strong experience of 360 marketing campaigns, superb communication & relationship building skills and a natural flair for marketing, as well as experience within a sports marketing environment. How you'll make an impact You will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns from concept to completion in support of our sporting partnerships, managing deadlines and multi-channel communications. Ensure that Gallagher’s partnership rights are fully and compliantly utilised in alignment with corporate, divisional and business aims. Lead on assigned activations and events involving player appearances and / or ambassadors Ensure activations are amplified across all communication channels including social and external communications Deliver detailed project plans and event briefs for each activation or event e.g. time line, venue, supplier, legal obligations, staffing & budgets etc. Ensure all activity aligns to our brand & strategic positioning Attend events and activations as required Be an active member of the Partnerships team Work collaboratively across teams such as key business leaders, internal / external communications, Regional Marking Directors, business development, US Partnerships Team and client facing teams. Budget management across all activity which contributes to the P&L comply with AJG Professional Standards Manual in accordance with statutory requirements for role with specific attention, but not limited to Whistle Blowing, Treating Customers Fairly Carry out duties following internal policies & procedures in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, good governance and Gallagher’s shared values, putting clients at the heart of our business About you Experience of working on a sporting or brand partnership is desirable Proven experience of working with agencies & external suppliers Proven track record of delivering and managing events Highly effective coordination skills and excellent organisational ability Ability to develop and deliver marketing plans Ability to understand business objectives and translate into event delivery Experienced at managing budgets High level of communication skills Creativity/innovation Business/Commercial acumen Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
