Quality Engineer Full-time, Permanent Day shifts - Monday - Friday A leading manufacturer of precision injection moulded components is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across its operations. The Role The successful candidate will maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 / 14001), carry out audits and capability studies, support production teams, investigate non-conformances, and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions. The role will also involve supporting NPI, PPAP submissions, validation work, and ongoing process improvements. Experience Required Candidates should have at least three years’ experience in a quality engineering role within injection moulding or plastics manufacturing, along with strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP and CAPA. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Lean or Six Sigma qualifications, as well as experience with CMM or automated inspection systems, would be advantageous.
