This is a hands on Product Manager role, not a meeting-facilitator with a fancy title.
The business builds software that helps financial businesses with administration without the usual pain, delays and guesswork. It’s practical tech, used every day, and it’s scaling quickly enough that delivery discipline now really matters.
You’ll sit right in the engine room. Turning half-formed ideas into something developers can actually build. Keeping the backlog sharp, the roadmap honest and releases moving. When priorities clash or requirements get fuzzy, you’re the one bringing order and momentum.
What you’ll be doing
* Running stand-ups, retros and planning sessions that actually move things forward
* Turning loose ideas into clear user stories with proper acceptance criteria
* Owning and prioritising the backlog, including saying no when needed
* Keeping delivery moving by unblocking issues and clarifying requirements
* Testing releases, coordinating launches and documenting changes
* Working day to day with developers, suppliers and business stakeholders
* Feeding user feedback, support insight and analytics into the roadmap
* Spotting clunky processes and improving how work gets done
You’ll probably need to have
* Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager or in a similar delivery-focused role
* A solid track record working closely with development teams
* A practical understanding of agile ways of working
* The confidence to align developers, managers and suppliers behind one plan
* Hands-on experience with tools like Power BI or similiar
