We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team. Our team members are adaptable, friendly, polite and caring. They enjoy working as a team with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Based within a busy working environment offering patients a range of diagnostic imaging procedures. Providing a comprehensive, patient-centred clinical administration process along with the other members of the administration team.
This is a full time position, working hours a week. You will be required to work hours on Mondays ( - 19:00) with the remaining hours spread throughout the remaining 4 days.
Main duties of the job
As our administrator, you will be responsible for the processing of completed examination reports for referring clinicians, it may also include cover of the reception desk, appointment scheduling, and data entry. Training will be provided for all of the above duties and supported by the Administration Lead.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to stay calm in difficult circumstances as well as:
1. Previous administration experience in a similar setting
2. Experience of working in a customer care environment
3. Professional telephone Manner
4. Sound knowledge and understanding of IT and software packages (Word/Excel)
5. Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
Just as important though is your flexibility, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative, follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload.
You will be happy working full time; hours per week, with working hours as hours on Monday ( and the remaining hours spread throughout the remaining 4 days
