Job Description
Are you passionate about sports or providing excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you'll be a vital part of the Entain family, delivering top customer service and maintaining high standards daily. In our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are the same, and you'll contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you'll serve customers and foster rapport to encourage repeat business.
What You Will Do
* Deliver outstanding customer service
* Promote safer gambling
* Take bets on various sports and events
* Process customer transactions, including cash handling
* Demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers
* Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
* Work towards targets and goals
* Maintain high shop standards
* Open or close the shop as needed
Working Patterns
This role requires availability from Friday 5pm - 10pm and Saturday, Sunday 8am - 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. You will work 2 days out of 3, with a weekly rota of approximately 10 hours, including long opening or closing shifts and shorter evening shifts. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop. Rota schedules are provided at least four weeks in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
