We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to shape and deliver our digital strategy. You will work closely with the Comms & Marketing Director, Comms & Marketing Manager and Sales teams.

The Digital Marketing Manager
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in performance or digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results in hospitality or an agency with relevant clients.
* Strong understanding of the digital landscape and hands‑on experience with GA4, Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush.
* Hands‑on, wide‑ranging position requiring technical capability, creative insight and data‑driven decision making.
* Experience in SEO strategy implementation and optimisation for brand visibility and long‑term acquisition.
* Sk in CRM and email marketing, including segmentation, automation and journey optimisation.
* Own book of digital key opinion former contacts and a record of delivering influencer campaigns.
* Experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
* Data‑driven, detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and commercial acumen.
* Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong commercial insight to translate data into actionable growth drivers.
* Enthusiastic about the Harts Group family of brands.
* Monday‑to‑Friday role: 09:30am‑06:00pm, including one day of WFH.
* Evenings and events presence required 2‑3 times per month.
Key Responsibilities
* Optimise performance of all digital strategies across owned and paid media – PPC, SEO, CRM, newsletters, social media and website.
* Provide clear insight and recommendations on digital performance to support an ROI‑focused digital strategy.
* Ensure all digital communications comply with GDPR, cookie regulations and best practice.
* Refine and develop seamless guest journeys across all digital touchpoints to drive acquisition, conversion and retention.
* Full website management, including landing page optimisation, UX improvement, content management, SEO strategy and A/B testing.
* Manage and optimise PPC, paid social and retargeting campaigns for maximum efficiency and conversions.
* Report on paid media performance, tracking results and identifying opportunities to improve ROI.
* Develop and execute effective SEO strategies, keyword research, competitor analysis, technical audits and on‑page optimisation.
* Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates, making proactive adjustments as needed.
* Lead CRM and email activity: manage segmentation, automate guest journeys and optimise communications.
* Feed into creative communication strategies using audience insights.
* Show respect, strong team ethic and empathy for colleagues.
* Represent the Group with warmth and hospitality.

* Regular, data‑driven reporting that improves decision‑making.
