Salary: £100,000 – £150,000 + 10% bonus

In this role, you will play a crucial part in architecting, developing and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML solutions within the financial services domain.
About you
* Hands-on lead experience in AI and machine learning engineering.
* Skilled in architecting and building AI/ML solutions tailored to financial services, with a solid track record working with financial datasets.
* Proficient in Python, LLMs and widely used ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
* Deep understanding of data engineering principles and industry best practices.
* Knowledge of scaling AI applications and teams, as you will be a prominent figure in expanding this business function moving forward.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with deep learning techniques and natural language processing (NLP).
* Financial services background is preferred but not essential.
* Understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
* Academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
