In this permanent Shift Manager role you will be working Monday to Friday 6am-2pm (0600-1400). As Shift Manager you will be leading a team of up to 70 Digital Operatives with the support of 4 Team Leaders, reporting into the OperationsManager. Utilising your leadership skills you will be passionate about driving performance with the use of KPIs, whilst adhering to SLAs. Your natural flair for building relationships at all levels will enable you to increase productivity within your team. Your role will involve:
1. Overseeing daily team operations, including personnel management, performance, and absence management.
