Job Title: Oracle Supply Chain Cloud Functional Consultant
Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations — from business requirement gathering, workshops, configuration, testing, to cutover and post-go-live support.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable solutions aligned with best practices.
* Configure and support Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, and Pricing modules.
* Define and document Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes, ensuring smooth integration across related modules.
* Manage and troubleshoot RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes, including understanding underlying table structures and data flows.
* Work closely with technical teams to define functional specifications and assist in data migration and integration activities.
* Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), prepare training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
* Provide production support for deployed Oracle SCM Cloud solutions, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Key Skills & Competencies:
* Proven experience with Oracle SCM Cloud modules — Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Pricing, RMA.
* Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle SCM Cloud implementations.
* Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes and cross-functional integration points.
* Experience in Business Process Design, Requirement Gathering, and Gap Analysis.
* Proficiency in functional configuration, testing, and issue troubleshooting.
* Good knowledge of Oracle SQL and table structures for SCM modules.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with onsite/offshore teams.
