Hours: The role of Customer Relationship Consultant will be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, working 36 hours per week (Monday to Saturday to cover branch opening hours). This role is multisite, primarily in Skipton, with occasional work in Settle.
Salary: £25,650 Per Annum

The role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing information about our full savings range, and conducting 'My Review' appointments to discuss financial goals. You will support customers face-to-face, virtually, and via outbound contact, always prioritising their needs and delivering first-class service.
Our branches are central to our communities, but we also support customers online and through our contact centre. You will be a friendly, knowledgeable presence, helping customers achieve their financial goals while providing a straightforward, helpful service.

What Will You Be Doing?
1. Engaging with customers to identify needs and tailor solutions.
2. Being the first point of contact in branches with enthusiasm and a helpful attitude.
3. Conducting 'My Review' appointments face-to-face, virtually, or by phone.
4. Proactively reaching out to customers to discuss their needs.
5. Educating customers on products and services and communication channels.
6. Maintaining accurate customer records and supporting vulnerable customers.
7. Adhering to policies, standards, and authority limits with support from training and coaching.

* Previous customer interaction experience, in person or over the phone, in any sector.
* A passion for delivering exceptional service and engaging with people.
* Ability to work well with others and manage time effectively during busy periods.
* Flexibility to adapt and grow with changing business needs.
* Effective communication skills to influence and achieve outcomes.
* Openness to a broad range of activities outside standard expectations.
