HR Advisor - Generalist£32,000 per annumBirminghamWe have a great opportunity with our client based in Birmingham for an experienced HR Advisor Generalist to join their friendly, growing HR team in Birmingham.Reporting into the HR Manager, you will provide high quality advice and generalist HR supportManage the ER caseload, Leading and supporting on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances and dismissalsAdvising on legislative and company policy and procedures in an efficient mannerSupport with the recruitment and selection process – including writing job adverts, shortlisting, producing offer letters and contracts of employment Liaise with payroll re Maternity, Paternity and absenceAssist departmental Managers on the interpretation and implementation of company policies and procedures as well as local agreementsThis is a excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a hardworking and friendly HR Team.You will ideally:Hold a Level 3 CIPD QualificationHave experience working in a HR Generalist capacityHave previous recruitment experience with an understanding of the recruitment lifecycleHave Past experience dealing with Employee Relations coupled with employment law knowledgeBe proficient using MS Packages including Word and Excel (advantageous)Have a good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees, Managers and DirectorsFor consideration, please send your CV to nicky.murdock@grafton.com
