Helpdesk Administrator - Haydock - £25-£26K (DOE)
Working for a very established organisation who are going through a period of expansion due to winning new contracts.
Duties Include:
Working as part of a small team providing a full range of administration support to help them keep on top of a busy workload
Responding to a busy email inbox, forwarding them to the relevant departments or contacts
Handling calls coming in with general queries or escalating them to the relevant team
Sending out reports for servicing to customers
Inputting data and uploading information onto a variety of portals
Updating customer contact information to keep records updated
Inputting data on to the in-house database training will be provided
Providing all round administration support as and when required.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday
37 1/2 hours a week
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, quick to learn new systems, good communication both written and oral, a hands on approach and can do attitude to support the team whilst also delivering a high level of customer service to clients.
