Job Description

Operations Administrator

Monday-Friday 07:00 to 15:00 (37.5 hours per week)

Salary £26,212

Fixed Term Contract – 14 months

The Administration team are an essential part of our operation, and our Operations Administrators play a crucial part within this team. You’ve got to be proactive, a team player and be able to demonstrate attention to detail.

It's an essential role for assisting the smooth running of the depot - but our Operations Administrators make it look easy!

The role includes:

4. Creating Drivers Rota
5. Backhaul tracking & paperwork
6. Convey – drivers’ hours check and manual input
7. Bulk deliveries booking
8. Probe Log tracking
9. Secondary DSM general admin support

You will have:

10. Good communication skills with a confident telephone manner
11. Great literacy and numeracy skills
12. IT skills and knowledge of SAP (essential)
13. Time management and administration know-how
14. The ability to work as part of a small team as well as under your own initiative
15. The ability to be flexible
