Rugby School Group is seeking a capable and collaborative Group Marketing Executive to support the delivery of high-quality marketing across our UK Prep Schools and International Schools. This is an important role within a small central team, helping to ensure our ethos The Whole Person is the Whole Point is communicated clearly and consistently.
Reporting to Rugby School’s Head of Marketing & Brand, you will support brand alignment, Group-level campaigns and the creation and sharing of stories from across the Group. You will work closely with marketing leads in each school to coordinate activity, maintain high-quality content across digital and offline channels and support recruitment events and exhibitions.
About the Role
You will:
* Support consistent application of the Rugby School Group brand and tone of voice.
* Help coordinate Group-level campaigns, including Boarding Pathway and CEA routes.
* Gather stories and commission high-quality content.
* Support management of Group digital channels and contribute to performance reporting.
* Assist with the preparation and delivery of recruitment events and exhibitions.
* Build strong working relationships with Admissions and Marketing Leads.
* Support best practice, cross-promotion and effective use of digital channels.
* Contribute to responsible budget management and ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection and safeguarding.
About You
You will bring:
* Experience in delivering marketing projects and campaigns.
* Strong organisational and project-management skills.
* A hands-on approach with creative flair and attention to detail.
* Confidence working across multiple stakeholders.
* Experience in a multi-site environment or the independent schools sector is beneficial but not essential.
