Role Description
We are seeking a Conveyancer for a full-time, on-site position at our Crosby office. The Conveyancer will be responsible for managing property transactions within the Auction team, including preparing and reviewing the auction legal pack, advising clients on legal matters related to the sale, and maintaining effective communication to ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include liaising with the agents and auction houses, resolving legal issues that arise during transactions, and ensuring compliance with AML issues as required.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience in conveyancing
* Proficiency in drafting contract packs
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
* Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
* Ability to work within a growing team and maintain a professional, client‑centered approach
