Their warehouse is the heartbeat of one of the UK’s most successful Trade Parts centres, and they need a team player with a passion for precision to keep things running smoothly!
What You’ll Be Doing:
4. Master of Credits & Returns: Handle goods in and out, ensuring seamless credit and return processes in a busy parts environment.
5. Liaise Like a Pro: Work with manufacturers to resolve issues, manage credits, and tackle customer queries with confidence.
6. Customer Champion: Use your stellar telephone manner to keep customers happy and informed.
7. Team Player: Support your colleagues with a can-do attitude, contributing to a positive and productive workplace.
8. Tech-Savvy: Navigate automotive Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like a pro, with experience in systems like Kerridge or Pinnacle being a bonus.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
