Maintenance Engineer Sector: FMCG Manufacturing Salary: £30,000
45,000 (DOE) Shift: Days and Nights Location: Johnston, Haverfordwest I am currently working with a large FMCG manufacturer that forms part of a national group, to recruit a Maintenance Engineer for their new manufacturing site.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and reliability of modern production and packaging equipment, carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive fault-finding.
You will work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure minimal downtime and continuous improvement across the site.
Maintenance Engineer: Mechanical or Electrical bias Engineering qualification (Level 3 or equivalent preferred) Open to junior or experienced engineers Ideally from a Industrial Engineering Background Forces are welcome Willingness to learn and develop new skills Experience or interest in PPMs and reactive maintenance Strong attitude, good communication skills, and a team-focused approach The Maintenance Engineer Will Benefit From: Salary between £30,000
