As the Merchandising Assistant you will:
1. Support your merchandising & buying teams by preparing Monday trade reports and other key analysis.
2. Run and own reporting as required by your Merchandiser.
3. Act as a point of contact with suppliers to ensure smooth order delivery.
4. Assist with range builds, best/worst analysis, and range reviews.
5. Support the buying team with critical path management to keep stock on schedule.
6. Carry out competitive shops with the buying team and maintain department pricing files.
7. Review sizing curves and contribute suggestions for new orders or repeats.
8. Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring details are accurate at all times.
9. Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to track the status of booked lines.
