We are currently seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or experienced Architectural Technologist to join our Eltham, London team with the potential for hybrid working.
Candidate Requirements
1. Experience of residential housing, all RIBA stages, and associated standards and design codes.
2. Experience working with housing associations and local authorities.
3. Experience working on UK projects in a BIM environment.
4. Experience with a range of residential typologies and scheme sizes.
5. Experience in education and commercial sectors.
6. Excellent client management skills.
7. Ability to work individually or within a small team.
8. Ability to collaborate as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team.
Applicants should also be proficient in:
1. AutoCAD and Revit/BIM.
2. Additional skills such as AutoCAD, 3D modelling and rendering, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, and InDesign are advantageous.
3. Completed RIBA accredited Part II degree or equivalent.
4. Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations, current planning policy, and legislation.
5. Experience with all RIBA Plan of Work stages, including on-site project management.
6. Valid UK driving licence.
7. Capability to lead projects from concept to design development and construction stages.
