Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities tailored to each child’s learning and development.
* Collaborate as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Follow risk assessments diligently and report health and safety matters to management.
* Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification: Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable
* Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS: Desirable
