What is the Role?
As a Process Change Owner you will be responsible for the identification, root cause analysis and solution delivery for improvement opportunities within Business Energy – through working with process stakeholders and effective implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies.
You Will:
* Take responsibility for the Identification of CI opportunities within the process area.
* Manage key stakeholder engagement; building strong working relationships and facilitating the growth of CI understanding and cultural development.
* Responsibility for presenting findings, conclusions and implementation plans to stakeholders, including up to Director level.
* Deliver successful CI projects and initiatives which eliminate waste and realise cost benefit, and/or facilitate improvement in key service outputs.
* Support the rollout of our new Operational Excellence capability.
You Have:
* Excellent communication and planning skills with the ability to articulate using a range of methods to suit the required audience.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or associated qualifications advantageous.
* Proactive and forward-thinking approach with the ability to balance the needs of both the customer and business.
