What You’ll Be Doing
* Own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of a seeded ambassador programme across retail and contact centre partners
* Drive engagement, influence, and sell-out performance
* Partner with senior stakeholders to create long-term, ROI-focused plans
* Lead multi-channel rollout strategies tailored to partner and business needs
* Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a results-driven culture
* Analyse performance across sales, engagement, and training metrics, turning insight into action
* Build strong relationships across internal teams, partners, and agencies
* Take ownership of budgets, forecasts, and timelines
* Continuously optimise programmes to improve performance and impact
* Stay connected to the field, using real-world feedback to refine delivery
* Support product launches and key events with best-in‑class execution
* Deliver clear, insight-led reporting that demonstrates programme value
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing retail or field‑based programmes
* Strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving ROI
* Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
* Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
* Highly organised with excellent project management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
* Proactive, solutions‑focused, and results‑driven
* Experience working across client and agency environments
* Solid understanding of budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics
