Sales Manager – Aesthetic Medical Devices

This is a full-time, remote-based role covering the north of the UK. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the full sales cycle, and providing account management support to aesthetic clinics. The role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with strong commercial sales experience.
Engage in daily sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term partnerships.
Provide comprehensive training to customers, ensuring they can effectively utilise the systems to maximise their investment.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while developing and executing strategic sales plans to exceed targets.
Work autonomously in a remote role, maintaining high levels of organisation, productivity, and collaboration with internal teams.
Stay informed about aesthetic industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
3 years + commercial sales experience, ideally within the aesthetics industry.
