About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (ACBS) to join our Wholesale Lending Technology team. This role is pivotal in supporting the transformation of the Wholesale Lending business, which includes Syndicated Lending, Portfolio Management, and Corporate Lending. You will work closely with stakeholders across front, middle, and back-office functions to define and deliver a streamlined, automated, and data-driven lending platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with global business and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements aligned with the target operating model.
2. Translate business needs into functional specifications and support the delivery of end-to-end architecture solutions.
3. Support project testing phases by preparing environments, coordinating test batches, and resolving defects.
4. Contribute to implementation planning, including data migration strategies.
5. Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Ensure alignment with strategic goals such as RWA reduction, cost efficiency, and improved client experience.
Required Skills & Experience
7. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Wholesale Lending or Financial Services.
8. Strong understanding of ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) and loan servicing platforms.
9. Experience working in complex, global technology environments.
10. Familiarity with Syndicated Lending, Portfolio Management, and Corporate Lending processes.
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
12. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
