The Role:
Are you Passionate about Chemistry and committed to inspiring the next generation of scientists? we are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Lecturer Chemistry to join our dynamic team. you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality teaching across a range of programmes. This role involved working with both 14-19 learners and adult students, supporting them in achieving their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding teaching and learning in Chemistry across various levels
Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
Engage with employers and external agencies to enhance student opportunities
Participate in college-wide initiatives, including safeguarding and equality and diversity
Who you are
You will hold a degree in Chemistry or a related subject, along with a recognised teaching qualification. With a proven track record of successful and innovative teaching in Science, you bring a student-centred approach that inspires and motivates learners. Your strong communication skills and collaborative mindset enable you to work effectively with colleagues and students alike. You are committed to ongoing professional development continuous improvement, ensuring your teaching remains engaging, relevent and impactful
