Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of fire strategies and engineering solutions across a variety of sectors and complex projects.
* Take responsibility for client engagement, developing long-term relationships and being a main point of contact for enquiries and technical explanation/support with mentorship of junior grades, working collaboratively with the team in helping to shape their professional development.
* Play an instrumental role in establishing and growing the Birmingham office.
* Ensure projects meet the highest standards of compliance, quality, and innovation.
About You / The Principal Fire Engineer
* A proven track record in fire engineering, with experience delivering strategies and solutions across the built environment.
* Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
* Leadership experience, with a collaborative and supportive approach to mentoring others.
* The ambition to be part of a consultancy at an exciting stage of growth.
