The Opportunity/ Role Flk Recruitment is partnering with a successful NYSE-listed Fortune200 business with a global footprint. Our Client is looking to appoint an HRAdvisor into their Leeds-based HR team. Reporting to a hugely supportive Divisional HR Director, as HR Advisor you will be the first point of contact for all UK employees and line managers (c 100 headcount) relating to general day-to-day HR queries, coaching and support e.g. policy guidance and advice, recruitment and development. In addition, taking the lead role to ensure policies, procedures and practices are up to date and compliant with UK employment law. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will play an important role in supporting the creation of a high-performing and inclusive culture across the division. With appropriate guidance, you will take a leading role in a number of UK HR projects and improvement initiatives as well as having the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across other European sites, driving improvements and embedding initiatives locally. About You To be considered for the role, the ideal candidate will have: Demonstrable experience in HR Officer and Advisor positions Experience of line manager coaching across a range of HR topics and the full employee lifecycle including: ER matters (grievance and discipline), recruitment, talent development, engagement etc. Experience in delivering recruitment support & advice and improving line manager and organisation effectiveness in recruitment (both in terms of quality and pace) Experience working within a commercially focused environment (manufacturing desirable) What you need to know, in practical terms This is a role which is embedded in the business, requiring you to build trusted relationships with Line Managers. As such you will appreciate the need to work on-site 3 days a week (note there is flexibility with start and finish times if needed), in offices east of Leeds(would suit someone based on A1 corridor or M62 corridor). Full time hours are preferred but the role could potentially be done across 4 days per week. A generous base salary of up to £40k is on offer plus great benefits, including an achievable bonus.
