Role Purpose
The Learning and Development Manager will lead initiatives that enhance the growth, engagement, and career progression of lawyers and business professionals. This role focuses on building a high-performance culture through strategic talent development programs, leadership pipelines, and succession planning, ensuring the firm attracts, retains, and develops top legal talent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Development Strategy
* Design and implement a talent development framework aligned with the firm's strategic goals.
* Partner with leadership to identify future skills and create career pathways for associates, partners, and business services teams.
2. Career Progression & Succession Planning
* Develop structured career development programs for lawyers at all levels.
* Support succession planning for critical roles and leadership positions.
3. Leadership & High-Potential Programs
* Create and manage leadership development initiatives for emerging and senior leaders.
* Identify and nurture high-potential talent through tailored programs and mentoring.
