Analytics Manager
London (3 days per week)
Up to £89,000 + bonus
This is an opportunity to join a business undergoing a major transformation, where analytics sits at the centre of commercial decision making. You will play a key role in shaping how data informs strategy across both digital and physical channels, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive measurable impact.
The Company
They are a large-scale, consumer-facing organisation operating across digital and retail channels. Following a recent transition, the business is investing heavily in data, analytics, and technology to enhance performance and increase returns to good causes.
The Role
You will sit within the Insight and Analytics team, acting as a commercially focused partner between data and strategy. This is a hands-on analytics role with strong stakeholder exposure.
- Work with large and complex datasets using SQL to build robust, reliable analysis
- Translate data into clear, actionable commercial recommendations
- Partner with digital, retail, and finance teams to support strategic decision making
- Support KPI reporting and dashboard development using Power BI
- Design and evaluate A/B tests to optimise performance across channels
- Conduct segmentation, cohort, and lifetime value analysis
- Improve reporting frameworks, data quality, and consistency of metrics
- Navigate ambiguity and work pragmatically with evolving datasets and structures
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong SQL skills with experience handling complex datasets
- Experience using Python for analysis
- Proven experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools
- Strong commercial analytics experience across customer or marketing domains
- Ability to communicate complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders
