The Hospital
East Kootenay Regional Hospital in Cranbrook, BC presents an exceptional opportunity for healthcare professionals seeking a rewarding career. It serves as an 80‑bed regional referral centre for approximately 82,000 individuals in the East Kootenay Area.
We have 24‑hour emergency and trauma services with 16 dedicated beds, a 6‑bed ICU, and a high‑acuity response team (HART) providing mobile critical care for rural patients.
This four‑floor facility includes a level 3 laboratory, a newly purchased PCR machine, MALDI/TOF, a new MRI suite, SPECT CT machines, and a new CT scanner earmarked for purchase. Upcoming projects include a new NICU, renovation of the emergency department triage, and new oncology and renal departments.
Our dedicated team offers a comprehensive range of services—internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, general surgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology, ENT, pathology, psychiatry, pediatrics, anesthesia, radiology, urology, and family practice inpatient care—providing an expansive platform for your expertise.
The Practice Details
East Kootenay Regional Hospital is looking for a Urologist. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing quality patient care. The candidate must be competent with the full scope of general urologic practice.

* Relocation Funding Available: $9,000 for moves within BC, $12,000 for moves within Canada, and $15,000 for those relocating from outside Canada.
