Tate is expanding its specialist team and is looking for an experienced Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Consultant to join our established London operation.
Tate Professional is a market‑leading division specialising in mid to senior‑level recruitment across Finance, HR, Marketing and Operational Leadership. Within London, you’ll be joining a high‑performing team of 15 experienced consultants, working with a strong and well‑established client base.
This is an opportunity for a proven recruiter to step into a credible, collaborative environment where quality delivery, long‑term client partnerships and professional standards genuinely matter.
The Role
You will operate as a specialist Accountancy & Finance recruiter, managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes across permanent roles. You’ll work closely with clients on retained and contingent assignments, providing market insight, managing expectations and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
Typical roles include:
* CFO
* Finance Business Partner
* Finance Manager / Financial Controller
* Commercial and operational finance roles
Key Responsibilities
* Building and managing strong client relationships within Accountancy & Finance
* Running full 360 recruitment processes from role briefing to placement
* Delivering consultative, insight‑led recruitment solutions
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities
* Representing Tate Professional confidently in the market
About You
This role is suited to someone who already has proven experience in Accountancy & Finance recruitment. You will ideally bring:
* A strong track record in a 360 recruitment role
* Experience recruiting finance professionals across qualified and part‑qualified markets
* A consistent billing history and commercial mindset
* A consultative, professional approach with high standards
Working Pattern & Location
* Hybrid working: 2 days per week in our Soho Square office, 3 days working from home
* Hours: 09:00 – 17:30
Salary & Package
* £40,000 – £45,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission
