Responsibilities
As a Passenger Service Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless travel experience for passengers. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Passenger Check-In: Assisting passengers with check-in processes, including handling special requirements and ensuring a positive experience.
2. Travel Document Verification: Reviewing travel documentation to ensure compliance with all security and airline regulations.
3. Excess Baggage Processing: Managing excess baggage, including processing payments efficiently and courteously.
4. Passenger Assistance: Meeting inbound flights and providing assistance to arriving passengers as required.
5. Flight Boarding Coordination: Overseeing boarding procedures, making announcements, and ensuring smooth and timely departures.
Your profile
We are seeking dedicated, service-oriented individuals who are enthusiastic about working in a customer-facing role. Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Shift Pattern
This role involves shift work, including weekends and Bank Holidays. The current shift pattern is:
* 6 days on, 3 days off (alternating early and late shifts, followed by 3 days off).
