At Evri, we’re proud to deliver for customers across the UK and beyond. As part of our Key Business Accounts team, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting and growing our SME customer base — helping businesses ship smarter, grow faster, and succeed with Evri.
This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role where relationships, data, and performance all come together.
What You’ll Do
As an SME Key Account Manager, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of business customers, building strong relationships while driving revenue, retention, and profitability. The role is primarily phone-based, supported by occasional face-to-face meetings, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and grow a portfolio of SME accounts, meeting and exceeding volume and revenue targets
2. Build strong client relationships through regular calls and structured account reviews
3. Identify opportunities to increase share of wallet, cross-sell services, and drive sustainable account growth
4. Monitor pricing, performance, and profitability, taking proactive action where required
5. Produce clear, actionable reports on portfolio performance and growth opportunities
6. Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Finance, and Marketing to deliver the best customer experience
7. Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly, professionally, and effectively
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support forecasting and reporting

What We’re Looking For
13. Proven experience in account management or a similar customer-focused, commercial role
14. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
15. A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to spot and act on opportunities
16. Confidence working with data, performance metrics, and reports
17. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
18. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Nice to Have
19. Experience within e-commerce, logistics, or B2C environments
20. Knowledge of pricing, profitability, or P&L management
21. Experience handling challenging customers or complaints
