This is a hybrid role, reporting to the Bid Team and Sales Support Manager. You will work across all business units, managing tender bids from inception to completion to secure contracts. The successful candidate will contribute to business growth through professionally written proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition.

How you will do it
* Respond to PQQs in ITTs
* Lead storyboard sessions with virtual team members to develop tailored responses to ITTs
* Create best practice responses for each Line of Business
* Advise colleagues on site visits, presentations, and interviews
* Develop innovative ways of sharing information and involve the team in change
* Use client bid feedback to improve responses
* Coach sales teams and experts in writing best practices
* Stay updated on local and national developments relevant to PS
* Manage a network of subject matter experts
* Collaborate with the Tender Coordinator to maintain a Bid Database tracking market opportunities, responses, and outcomes
What we look for
Required
* English & Maths GCSEs (A, B, or C) or equivalent
* Bid/proposal writing experience or degree
* Advanced MS Word and proficient in MS Office
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven success in developing proposals
* Strong time management and prioritization skills
* Stakeholder management skills
Preferred
* Knowledge of the Public Sector is advantageous but not essential
