We have 2 fantastic opportunities for Clinical Secretaries to join the Medical Services Team! You will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of clinicians, enabling clinicians to operate effectively and efficiently. Work in accordance with standard operating procedures.

What you'll need to bring
* SVQ level 2 qualification (or equivalent experience) plus experience in healthcare administration or a secretarial role
* Understanding of medical terminology
* Effective team working and adaptability to change
* Strong communication skills with patients, clinicians, and colleagues
* Excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency with relevant IT systems
* Audio typing skills
Please note: For roles requiring a driving license, a full UK/EU/EEA license is required.
Contract type
Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours/week
Location: Medical Services, University Hospital Hairmyres
