As a member of the team, you’ll work with a diverse range of lower limb pathologies, employing advanced treatments such as routine care, nail surgery, Faulkner’s needling, custom orthotics, exercise prescription, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT), and laser therapy (training will be provided in all treatments if you do not have experience in each area) Our client prioritises work-life balance and flexible working, offering options such as a condensed four-day week, and a supportive, collaborative environment.
With a structured induction, regular CPD, 1-2-1s, and mentorship, our client supports practitioners in achieving their full potential.
All About You
* HCPC registered and qualified as a Podiatrist
* Membership in relevant governing bodies
* Ideally 1+ years of clinical experience (preferably within private practice), however exceptional new grads are welcome to apply
* Experience or interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and a strong interest in advanced rehabilitation technologies
* Robust clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and patient care abilities
* Capability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
* Dedication to delivering high-quality rehabilitation programmes for optimal patient outcomes
* Commitment to continuous professional development and a forward-thinking approach to innovation
* Driving license and own vehicle is essential as not easily accessible via public transport
What Will You Be Doing?
* Managing an individual caseload of patients, creating tailored rehabilitation plans
* Performing detailed clinical assessments and providing effective treatment for musculoskeletal and sports injuries
* Using advanced technology and equipment to enhance patient outcomes
* Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, for a multidisciplinary approach to patient care
* Providing education on exercises and lifestyle adjustments to support long-term recovery and prevent injury recurrence
* Maintaining accurate, detailed patient records
