Working Hours:
40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days (including weekends) – must be flexible.
Pay:
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services for an experienced Dual Services Co-Ordinator to join our established team based at Market Place, Bolton.
The successful candidate must have excellent people skills with the ability to support the Dual Services Manager in delivering high standards of service across both service delivery teams.
The ability to prioritise administrative tasks to deliver consistent, standardised quality reports by all members of the team is vital.
Duties Include
* Coordinate and oversee the service delivery of both the cleaning and security teams to promote a one team ethos.
* Protect the client’s property, people, and assets by providing security and cleaning services in accordance with site-specific instructions and procedures.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment, reporting irregularities and incidents according to company policies.
* Ensure all incidents are properly reported using on-site systems with accurate and clear reports.
* Complete health and safety inspections and patrols, reporting incidents immediately and conducting detailed investigations.
* Record observations, information, and surveillance activities accurately.
* Comply with legal requirements to maintain the organisation's reputation and stability.
* React to cleaning needs such as litter picking, spillages, and general upkeep.
* Maintain a safe and helpful environment for staff, customers, and visitors.
* Support customers and visitors professionally and courteously.
* Respond appropriately to customer queries and requests.
Requirements
* Full 5-year employment history that is checkable.
* Customer service experience with confidence in handling conflicts.
* Flexibility to meet job requirements.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Smart appearance and well-groomed.
* Reliable and punctual.
* High enthusiasm and passion.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
