Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for Continuous Improvement and Process Engineering across our Semi-Automated Stakehill Site. This will have oversight of all projects and automation initiatives within the Site, whilst also driving Process improvement through an analytical and structured problem solving approach. This role will deliver improvements across our core service metrics, as well as cost.
How you will make a difference
* Develop, champion, and execute a long-term continuous improvement roadmap and capex initiatives aligned with operational excellence and business growth objectives.
* Drive cultural adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies across all warehouse functions
* Re-engineer end-to-end processes across the operations to reduce costs and improve service levels. Integrate best practices in warehouse design and layout optimisation.
* Lead cross-departmental CI projects from conception to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment
* Ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable at all levels, enabling informed decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
* Leverage insights to build compelling business cases for improvement projects, clearly articulating expected ROI, performance impact, and strategic value
What you bring to the team
* 4+ years’ experience in a Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence role within a warehousing, logistics, or D2C fulfilment environment
* Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements to core operational KPI's through owned initiatives, using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen
* Structured and thorough in approach to analysing and presenting data, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and stakeholder relevance
* Demonstrable experience building business cases and using data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making and project prioritisation
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with Site Leadership, including Operations, HR, H&S, and Tech/BI teams to align improvement efforts
