Job Purpose
We seek a talented and experienced Global Media Manager with a proven track record in high ROI media models and maximizing media spend in a Social First and Digital environment. This role oversees global media budgets, analyzing and optimizing channel, format, and platform choices via our Personal Care Media Model.
Responsibilities
* Shape and leverage paid media strategies, utilizing expertise in media metrics and models to optimize media mix in collaboration with partners, finance, and CMI teams.
* Develop guidelines for a social-rich media approach, supporting critical interventions and KPI tracking to support our new marketing model.
* Define media effectiveness strategies and collaborate with partners, CMI, and finance to maximize ROI in a Social First Model.
* Work with partners like Meta, Google, TikTok, and others to incorporate media innovations such as AR and AI into brand planning.
* Manage holistic communication planning, collaborating with brands, market teams, agencies, and cross-functional squads to accelerate our Social First Demand Generation transformation.
