Job Title: Program Manager Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid) Duration: 12-month contract About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support daily hardware operations and lead initiatives across fulfillment centres. This role involves driving end-to-end execution of Value-Added Services (VAS) projects, resolving warehouse and transportation issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless hardware delivery and quality. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily inbound/outbound operations and resolve hardware-related escalations Coordinate setup, testing, and execution of VAS projects across fulfillment sites Ensure timely delivery of VAS materials and monitor warehouse quality standards Manage post-project activities, including escalation resolution and quality tracking Support warehouse, compliance, and transportation issue resolution Communicate progress, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders Ensure adherence to governance, planning, and communication protocols Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2-3 years of experience in order management, logistics, or hardware operations Intermediate skills in spreadsheets and SQL Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales, and engineering teams Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies is a plusPreferred Experience: Supply chain program/project management Familiarity with product quality reviews, labeling, packaging, and compliance Experience coordinating large-scale operational initiativesThis is an urgent vacancy where the hiring manager is shortlisting for an interview immediately.
