Overview:
We are an award-winning food export company seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager (E-Commerce) to join our friendly team. This role is pivotal in supporting our day-to-day operations, customer service, and e-commerce activities. The ideal candidate will be highly computer-literate, confident managing a wide variety of tasks, and able to balance administrative duties with team coordination and customer care.
This is a varied and hands-on role — no two days are the same. You'll be supporting customers, liaising with suppliers and couriers, keeping workflows on track, and helping the team operate smoothly as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer service inquiries across phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring a prompt and professional response.
* Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and service providers to maintain smooth operations.
* Oversee and coordinate team tasks, supporting efficiency and accountability.
* Handle office administration including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
* Support HR duties such as payroll, staff records, onboarding, and recruitment.
* Use digital tools to oversee online orders and maintain accurate e-commerce records.
* Assist with light financial administration (invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliations) to support operations.
* Foster collaboration by organising team and supporting day-to-day communication.
Skills & Attributes:
* Strong computer literacy, with confidence using e-commerce systems, spreadsheets, and office software.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High attention to detail and a diligent, organised approach.
* Friendly, professional, and approachable — able to build strong working relationships.
* Capable of working independently while also contributing to the wider team.
* Previous experience in office management, administration, or e-commerce is highly desirable.
