In this role, youll handle motor claim tasks relating to third-party property damage managing cases by exception and taking ownership of tasks within your remit. Using your technical knowledge, negotiation skills, and clear communication, youll help deliver fair and efficient claim resolutions that align with both regulatory standards and our business objectives.

What Youll Be Doing
1. Handle allocated motor claim tasks in line with company philosophy, processes, and service standards.
2. Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering excellent service and clear communication.
3. Review and make payments on Vehicle Damage, Special Damages, and Static Property claims.
4. Control claim costs through robust negotiation and effective use of evidence.
5. Maintain accurate records, reserves, and task management to ensure timely claim progression.
6. Work confidently within agreed authority limits, escalating when appropriate.
