Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning tasks in bedrooms, bathrooms and shared areas to a high standard.
* Bring a bit of shine and sparkle to rooms that need it and help residents feel proud of their space.
* Keep spaces calm and homely with care and attention; work with a friendly team that supports each other.
* Support the organization’s aim of creating a welcoming and dignified environment for residents.
What we are looking for
* Enjoy keeping things clean, tidy and welcoming.
* Kind, thoughtful approach and good teamwork.
* Eye for detail and willingness to learn.
* Reliable and ready to get stuck in.
* No previous experience in care needed; right attitude is key.
* You don’t need to have worked in a care home before; if you’re reliable and like to keep things looking their best, we’ll teach you the rest.
Requirements and considerations
* Respect for all aspects of Christian worship (as this is a Christian organisation).
* Become a member of the PVG Scheme and undertake necessary vetting checks.
* Adhere to the SSSC Code of Practice.
* Right to work in the UK; all prospective employees must have entitlement to work in the UK.
