Conveyancing Paralegal
Poole - Fully remote (required in the office once a month)

The team at Elite Touch Group are excited to be working with a well-established client who are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy conveyancing team. This is a fully remote position although you will be expected to visit the office once a month.
The main focus of the role is dealing with sales and purchase transactions; freehold and leasehold properties. You will receive solid department support, excellent exposure and also the opportunity to develop your knowledge.
The ideal candidate should have at least 12 months Conveyancing experience, either as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant and prior exposure to handling a caseload is also desirable but not essential.

* Good communication, interpersonal and IT skills.
* Commercial property knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
