Salary & Benefits
* £12,000–£12,500 per session

Workload & Structure
* 4–10 sessions available
* Dedicated frailty/elderly patient list
* 30‑minute face‑to‑face appointments
* Extended home visits (1–1.5 hours)
* Care home rounds and MDT leadership
* Flexible start and finish times
Practice Features
* Strong MDT: paramedics, pharmacists, frailty team, physiotherapists
* Daily visiting support (ANP/paramedic)
* High‑dispensing, partner‑owned premises

Qualifications
* Qualified as a General Practitioner
* Registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
