You will lead engaging programmes tailored to diverse ages and abilities, ensuring safety, promoting personal and social development, and creating memorable experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver scheduled outdoor and educational activities to meet client aims and quality standards.
* Ensure health, safety, and legislative compliance through risk assessment and management.
* Build positive relationships with participants and group leaders to support personal development.
* Maintain and manage equipment and resources to agreed standards.
* Contribute to service improvement, new product development, and customer engagement.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and assist with contingency planning when needed.
This role is available on a casual/zero hours basis. Hours to be agreed based on service requirements.
